Since my distribution career began 25 years ago, I have been amazed by how much has changed – from the days of punch cards and the telex machine to the variety of new technologies that are transforming the way in which we work together.

At the same time, I’m equally amazed at how much has stayed the same. Regardless of the technological advancements, customers then, and now, still expect uncompromising service and tangible value for each of their distribution dollars.
